Membership Agreement — Propane Alliance

This Membership Agreement is between you ("Member") and [Legal Entity Name] ("Propane Alliance"). By enrolling, you agree to the following.

1. Membership & eligibility

Membership is available to homeowners and businesses whose service address is within an active Propane Alliance region with a participating supplier partner. We confirm eligibility before activating membership.

2. Membership fee

The annual membership fee is $49 (residential) or $89 (commercial), billed at the start of each calendar year.
Fees are not pro-rated and are non-refundable except as required by law.

3. Propane pricing

Your propane rate equals the applicable published wholesale index plus a fixed margin (currently $0.89/gal residential, $0.80/gal commercial), as confirmed at enrollment. Wholesale prices fluctuate daily. Any change to the fixed margin is subject to the limits agreed with the supplier partner (e.g., a maximum annual adjustment) and is not guaranteed to remain constant indefinitely.

4. Delivery & service

Propane delivery, tank installation/rental, monitoring, leak testing, and field service are provided by an independent, licensed regional supplier partner, subject to their service terms, safety requirements, and applicable regulations. Propane Alliance is not the propane provider and is not responsible for field operations.

5. No contract / cancellation

There is no long-term contract. You may cancel membership at any time; cancellation stops future renewals. Any tank, equipment, or balance owed to the supplier partner is governed by their terms.

6. Not a cooperative

Membership is a buying-program subscription. It is not ownership or equity in any cooperative or company and grants no voting or distribution rights.

7. Communications

You authorize Propane Alliance and the supplier partner to contact you about your account and service by email, phone, and text. You can opt out of marketing messages at any time.

8. Entire agreement

This Agreement, together with our Terms and Privacy Policy, is the entire agreement regarding membership. Questions: hello@propanealliance.com.
